DESO: Ação das 180h sem acordo

O SINDISAN informa que aconteceu, no dia 14/12, a audiência referente à Ação Civil Coletiva – Processo nº 0001076.38.2021.5.20.0003, em curso na 3ª Vara do Trabalho, na qual requer o direito à jornada de 180h para os empregados da DESO integrantes da escala de revezamento, admitidos por meio dos concursos nos anos de 2003 e 2013, bem como o pagamento das horas extras acima da jornada mensal de 180h e das horas extras trabalhadas em dias de ponto facultativo.

Na audiência, a DESO não apresentou proposta de acordo, tendo sido finalizada a instrução processual. O processo agora aguarda julgamento do Juízo da 3ª Vara do Trabalho de Aracaju.
